A copy of the Request for Proposal (RFP) can be obtained from the Atlantic County Improvement Authority, 5909 Main Street, 2nd Floor, Mays Landing, New Jersey, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday beginning Wednesday, July, 19, 2006.  In person, written and telecopy requests only, will be accepted.  No telephone requests will be accepted.

During performance of the work, the Respondents will be required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975; c. 127 (Affirmative Action Requirements).

One (1) original and three (3) copies of the sealed proposal must be submitted to the Atlantic County Improvement Authority, 5909 Main Street, 2nd Floor, Mays Landing, New Jersey 08330 no later than 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, August 9, 2006.

Following a review and evaluation of all proposals submitted by the above mentioned deadline, certain Respondents may be invited to an interview with representatives from the Atlantic County Improvement Authority.

All requests for clarification must be in writing.  No telephone inquiries will be accepted.

The Atlantic County Improvement Authority reserves the right to reject any or all submissions received in response to this Request for Proposal.  The Authority also reserves the right to amend the proposed Scope of Services when negotiating a final contract with the firm selected to provide said services.
